2005-2013 Oil-cooled BMW R1200RT have a tendency to break a winshield arm due to metal fatigue in aluminum alloy upper windshield arms. This is a replacement one.

Manufacturer PN 46637686677 and 46637686678

Inspired by blueprint by RASAMAHA on https://bmwclubmoto.ru/threads/15172/ Sadly, original models were unavailable so i decided to remake the model.

Of course, a metal one would be preferrable, but plastic one at least functions.

Maybe it's better to print it from CF-ABS or CF-PETG, in my experience plain PETG is working so far.

Depending on your printer's settings and tolerances, a 8mm and 10mm drill bits might be needed to cleanup the interior of axle holes - axles should be snug fit, but not binding.

Transfer bushings from upper part of your old arm to this one.
