Update!! I’ve updated the electrical diagram 'Wiring Diagram Rotrary Qi Wireless Table Ver 5 12V_a'! I suggest adding a 3V to 5V step-up boost module to both the LED light on the top plate and the Qi wireless charger. The old diagram still works fine, but with the module, the Qi charger will be more stable and the LED won’t flicker when the battery gets low. Totally optional, but nice to have. Cheers!

__Description:__ “This version is the Radioactive Glow Grid.” This is a DIY rotary table that can be wirelessly charged using a built-in Qi receiver. It uses a 12V N20 motor powered by a pack of 18650 batteries connected in parallel to supply enough current. The battery pack can also be charged via a USB-C port with a 5V input. A PWM motor controller is included so you can adjust the rotation speed and easily turn it on or off. For decoration, the table features a Radioactive Glow Grid — an indirect lighting system with SMD 2835 LEDs that have built-in resistors, arranged in three clusters of six LEDs each to cast a soft, almost radioactive ambient light.

__Note:__ ✅Soldering required! You’ll also need a multimeter to adjust the output voltage on J5019

__How to build:__ It’s very straightforward. First, print out the 3D STL files. Next, solder and connect the wires to all the parts. Use a multimeter to adjust the potentiometer on the J5019 controller and set the N20 motor output voltage to 12 V (default is 5 V). You can still use the “RTQ_Motor_Couple” for the N20 DC motor, but I recommend using a 3 mm flange coupling connector that you can easily find online. When the table rotates, the coupler connected to the motor might slip over time — especially if it’s made of PLA. The trickiest part of this project is the wiring between the Qi receiver, the LEDs, and the mini rocker switch, especially the wires that need to pass through the gear housing. Make sure to double-check your connections and plan your wire routing carefully! Additionally, placing magnetic sheets (such as the fridge magnet advertising sheets) between the coil (on top of the round ferrite disk) and the PCB could help reduce interference.
