Frozen throttle cable / throttle grip fix for GY6 scooter

I was having problems with my throttle cable freezing in the winter time, I used to keep it in a garage but now it is completely exposed, and after installing a new throttle cable, I wanted to help keep the rain away from the throttle cable housing at least better than before. The end result looks like it will work well.
