3D print and laser box: Latch for a kerfing box cut out with a 20W laser.

This is a bit of work in progress, both the STL and laser files. This was designed to have a latch for a kerf box cut with a laser out of 1/8" Basswood. I'm sure this could be used for other applications or integrated into other projects. Due to using thin 1/8" basswood, the pieces are attached with CA glue using the activator. The pin is also glued into the top object or book. The pin is a set length and will bottom out allowing for the latch arm to swivel around the pin. The Latch has a specific direction in correlation to the latch arm. The objects are relatively small compared to most prints. The kerf box is uploaded in a DXF with all cut outs highlighted to these dimensions width 7.2838" and height 10.1907", you should be able to upload and be able to cut out the correct dimensions for 1/8" basswood. It may or may not make a difference, but these dimensions were from lightburn. I've added a template that will assist in being able to keep the latch aligned with the box, due to the CA glue with activator has very little room for error. The template is set up to be centered from the bottom of the box.
