perfect seal for 5gallon on 19l water jugs, it is form 3 parts, lid thread, and the seal seal you make from rubber i made from 2mm sheet, to cut the seal just place the thread part on rubber sheet and cut around, place in the lid, after print some printers don't print the split perfect, just brake or cut the slit and you good to go. try to work in the trad by just screwing the lid to tread copple times, after just ad some small amount of lubricant and you will be surprised how good it works, then yust place the tread on the bottle and screw the lid, 100% seal garneted and also it is not flimsy as the 4 tabs and rubberband https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3022758 this one

Print the lid flat part on buildplate, and thread side up, no supports needed 0,4mm nozzle pla, but you can use any filement infill around 10% minimum, you can pause the print after it prints the flat lid and add other color fillement, for extra style points, as i did don't forget to like the 100% perfect 5gallon jug, and support the makers.

Edit. i noticed that 2 maker's had problems with seal , one is FredWiper https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:7062848 , other one is on other printing platform, i will not add link Foden_905233 .

The problem is that there are differed types of bottles, as you can see on bottle.jpg picture, my designe was on the first bottle, if you printed that ,but you have the second, then you will need to add 2 gaskets, for the perfect seal as shown on WhatsApp Image 2025-09-04 at 12.11.55 (1).jpeg. Or there is second version korkis-v2.3mf, there is the top part litle bit longer, as you can see it in Capture.JPG .
