Описание

A set of two MOLLE panels designed to attach to the back (handle side) of a Zuca Transit Cart, allowing the attachment of things like medical/tool pouches, drink holders, etc.

Designed and printed as two separate panels due to the size of my printer's bed, pole attachment on the left is also only half-circle for the same reason. Bottom panel uses the two existing screws and holes to attach to the cart frame (larger bottom-most hole on the edge of the panel is to allow access to the hex-head screw once the panel is attached to the frame). Top panel requires drilling two (or three, if you want to put a screw underneath the Velcro strip, though two seems plenty sturdy) holes into the aluminum cart frame and procuring new screws to attach. I drilled 5/32" holes and used the leftover screws from the left side bottle holder after I printed a new one and needed longer screws, but you can just grab some 5/8" long pan head machine or sheet metal screws from the hardware store and drill appropriate-sized holes for whatever screws you buy. Bottom-most MOLLE slots are halved vertically to allow the panel to fit above the bottom aluminum cart panel and still have at least some function at the bottom of the printed panel. Last two pics show how the panels attach to the frame on the right edges.

If you want panels for the left side, you should just be able to mirror the right side panels in your slicing software. I've got the cup holder and an umbrella holder attached on the left so I'm designing custom MOLLE panels to fit around those.

Panels were designed to use with the Dynamic Discs version of the Transit Cart, which has a bag on top that attaches to the cart frame with Velcro, thus the slots on the edges of the MOLLE panels for the Velcro strips to pass through - I'm not sure if the top bag on the S3 Range Cart has Velcro strips in the same places or not.

Printed in PETG as the cart will be out in the sun and I didn't want PLA to deform.
