# Mazda 323F BA “Strada” Body Kit

### OEM+ late-90s aero for the Mazda 323F BA

The **BA Strada Kit** is a custom 3D-printable body kit designed for the **Mazda 323F BA**.

This kit was created to follow the original shape of the car rather than fight against it. The styling is inspired by late-90s street cars, touring car aero, and period-correct aftermarket kits.

Clean, simple, and aggressive without looking overdone.

The goal was to create something that feels like it *could have existed* back in the day as a factory-adjacent, dealer-option, or period-correct aftermarket aero package.

### Base Vehicle Model

The base Mazda 323F BA model used to match the contours of the car comes from this Sketchfab upload:

Thank you to **OUTPISTON / HUMSTER3D** for this model. Without a properly shaped base car to work from, there is no way I would have been able to cut, shape, and fit the kit properly to the body lines of the Mazda 323F BA.

### Front Lip Inspiration / Source

The front lip design was based on this Mazda 323 / Lantis Type R model:

I also found another exterior shell upload on SketchUp that has since been taken down. That file appeared to use the same original front lip design/source, and I used it as a reference to rebuild the front lip myself in Fusion 360.

The final lip used in this kit has been rebuilt and modified to suit this project, but the original design inspiration deserves full credit.

## Work in Progress Notice

Please note that this kit is still a **work in progress**.

The rear diffuser is not currently included, as it still needs further modification to mesh with the car correctly.

None of these parts have been physically made or tested yet. I am currently in the process of printing, fitting, and refining the kit.

Because of this, some trimming, sanding, adjustment, or modification may be required during fitting.
