Wild West 32mm Terrain: STL Models for Tabletop
This collection gathers 3D printing files for wild west tabletop terrain at 32mm scale: town buildings, scatter props, bases and figures of the period. It is useful when you are building a frontier board and need pieces that match an existing collection of miniatures. Most files are also offered at 28mm, so scale is the first thing to settle before you download. «Wild West 32mm Terrain: STL Models for Tabletop»
Buildings form the largest group: houses, stables, saloons and full town layouts, often split into walls, roofs and separate floors. Scatter pieces are smaller and quicker to print — barrels, crates, sandbags, bushes and trees — and they fill the gaps between structures. Rock formations, mesas and ruins sit between the two, giving the table elevation and cover rather than interior space.
When choosing a model, read the author's page for the intended scale, the number of parts and how they join, and whether supports are needed for overhangs such as porches and roof beams. Check the material and settings the author lists, since thin fences and railings behave differently from solid walls. Photos of real prints show how the parts fit together and how much surface texture survives at this size.
To widen the results, search for related terms such as western town, frontier buildings, wargame terrain, desert rocks or mesa, and combine them with a scale like 28mm or 32mm. Base and objective sets are often listed separately from buildings, so it helps to look for those words as well. If a piece is only available at one scale, check whether the author notes that it can be resized before printing.
Figures and bases are a separate strand: gunslingers, townsfolk and objective markers, plus round bases sized for 28–32mm miniatures. These are usually printed at a finer layer height than terrain, so keep them apart in your print planning. Terrain and figures share the same board, but they rarely share the same settings.
