Description

Dimensions (LxWxH)

170 x 83,88 x 53,43 mm (100% scale)

Basic information

Great white sharks are definitely among the most fearsome and legendary ocean hunters, so it is not surprising, that everyone would love to have one in their collection. Well, now you have the chance!

Files information

You can choose from 4 .stl files: one complete singlecolor file, and three files for multicolor printing. The multicolor files are optimized for printers with an automatic multi-material system, or a toolchanger. To prevent any issues, please avoid printing the multicolor files separately.

Material

PLA

Layer height

0,2 mm

Infill

>10%

Support

None. The model was designed not to require any support material.

Scaling

The model should come out perfectly functional even at lower scales. Tested up to 60% of the original scale. Results may vary depending on the accuracy of your setup and quality of the materials used.

Orientation

Default, laid flat on the belly

Adhesion aid

Not necessary, contact area with the buildplate should be sufficient. If your print surface suffers from poor adhesion, consider using an adhesive spray, or an other kind of adhesion booster. Using a brim is possible, but not recommended, as it would be difficult, and inconvenient to remove afterwards.

All resolved past issues with the model files and detailed information about their fixes will be listed in this section. If you're having any problems which aren't on this list, please visit the Known issues section below. If you don't see your problem mentioned there as well, please leave us a message with more details, so that we're able to address it as soon as possible.

Scaling

Possible, downscaling is easier, than ever before! If you have a well calibrated machine, you can downscale the model without any need for concerns. If you won't go way too crazy with downscaling, you shouldn't run into any issues.

Orientation

Default, laid flat on the belly

Adhesion aid

Not necessary, contact area with the build-plate should be sufficient. If your print surface suffers from poor adhesion, consider using an adhesive spray, or an other kind of adhesion booster. 0.16mm layer, 3 walls, 15% infill Perfecto el Tiburon. He realizado un llavero que me gusto mucho. color negro y blanco. Reduci su tamaño al 50%

0.16mm layer, 2 walls, 15% infill I noticed all the builds did not match the cover image so I made one with painted fins and tail. The print is optimized to reduce waste and increase speed while keeping smooth with variable layer height. It took <5 hours at normal speed.

3 colors, 0.16mm layer, 2 walls, 15% infill This is a more realistic color change arrangement. 3 colors (white belly, grey upper, black eyeballs). Instead of simply a straight horizontal plane white to grey this is a gradual color change slope with Grey fins and the tail has white/grey downward slope.

Because of the more realistic and complex color pattern, this increases print time to about 5 hrs 20 minutes (with PETG). If printing in PLA it should be slightly faster and print in under 5 hrs. I prefer the shine of PETG filaments. You may change to any filament of your choosing in the Handy App.

This is compatible with ALL Bambu Printers, including the A1 Mini.

Colors I used:

BL PETG BASIC Grey (upper body and fins)

BL PETG BASIC White (belly)

BL PETG BASIC Black (eyes)

2x 3 Color, 0.16mm layer, 2 walls, 15% infill

Non-AMS Pause at Color Change Start print with white filament and change to grey at pause.

If you want a single color print, remove the pause after you slice for no interruptions.

4 colour, 2x, strengthened joints, 0.16mm layer, 15% infill I've added the teeth as a separate colour, I've also increased the number of walls around each joint so they are effectively solid. This does create some minor print artifacts at the change boundary but should be a lot more durable if you're giving this to young children to play with!

0.16mm layer, 3 walls, 15% infill, 60% scale with keyring hole same settings as the original but scaled down to 60% and added a 2.5mm hole in the tail for a keyring - this hasnt been in use long so not 100% on the location it is in yet
