I downloaded their CAD, took key measurements, and re-CADed the whole thing but changed the thickness.

As a result, other features may be slightly different (fillet geometry, exact width, etc.). Either way, its functional.

Ball: 17mm diameter

Thickness: 4mm

Ball Shaft Angle: 10 degrees elevation (from plane of CD)

My CD player needed it a little thinner, 4mm thickness.

As you can see, fits my 2010-2013 (gen 2) Mazda 3

I have to mount it flipped upside down, but it works as shown.

With more time, I would add a curvature to the back, to match my Mazda 3 radio face… but this is good enough, and general purpose for everyone who just needs a 4mm thickness.

0.2mm layer, 4 walls, 50% infill I beefed up the infill to 50%, and increased the wall thickness to 4.

I didn't want to risk having parts break and snap in the CD slot.

I like tree supports.

Printed in PET-G. Seems to work.

[thinner - 3mm] CD slot, 0.2mm layer, 6 walls, 50% infill Thinner CD slot thickness [3mm], in case your CD player has a thinner gap.

Increased walls since its thinner, for strength (unsure if it matters)

Everything same as original.
