Description

---- DESIGNED AND OPTIMIZED FOR: ---- Designed for variability of different antennas. Optimized for the UAngel Angel35 HD frame and original Happymodel Crux35 UFL direct connection to VTX antenna V1.1 and the Jhemcu JHE20B LiPo beeper finder. Designed for 25 mm 3,4-3,5 mm standoffs.

---- DIAMETER OF THE ANTENNA AND COMPATIBLE ANTENNAS: ---- Due to the design, the width of your antenna can vary. The part is optimized for a 13,4 mm diameter antenna. It is usually necessary to fix the antenna with 2 cable ties to ensure it sits firmly.

The Angel35 HD frame can be used for DJI 04 Lite, analog, and other systems. You'll have to check for yourself whether the antenna fits. Pay attention DJI O4 works with LHCP UFL 5.8 GHz antennas...

Probably compatible if 60-80 mm in total length (or you can roll up the cable than even more length) * Happymodel Crux35 antenna V1.1 & V1.2, Diameter 13,4 mm * New Lollipop 5 antenna, diameter 13,9 mm * Happymodel Crux35 antenna new cheap aliexpress 2025 version (or is it a clone?) , Diameter 15,6 mm

----- FILES FOR 4 LENGTH VARIANTS: ----- I created 4 variants. You can trim and shorten and customize any version with scissors. In principle, antennas in the range of 60-80 mm in total length will fit, depending on the VTX and the location of the UPF connector. Or you are able to roll up the cable than even more length...

Variant18, fits Crux35 Antenna (newest 2025, is it V2 or cheap clone?) with total length of 62 mm Variant22,5, fits Crux35 antenna (V1.1 definitly original one) with total length of 66 mm Variant27, fits Crux35 antenna (V1.2?) with total length of 75 mm Variant 31,5, fits Crux35 antenna (V1.2?) with total length of 75 mm

As you can see, the Crux35 antennas available on the market can vary in length. That's why I created variants. What do the variant numbers mean ? These are the mm between the vertical standoff axis and the top edge of the part.

---- MY GOAL OF THIS DESIGN: ---- I designed it with the goal to use direct UFL or direct MMCX connection to the VTX. And of being able to mount the battery on top, instead of the bottom. Just buy a second frame and use a sandwhich carbon fiber plate as top plate for the battery (see the pictures). I think you can also use the mount with the battery at the bottom if you run the XT30 cable past it at the bottom. Because space is extremely limited if you use top mounted battery, the only option is to mount the LiPo-beeper at the back. And like this if you also want to somehow fit the antenna and XT30 through there. The LiPo-beeper button can still be activated with a toothpick or by compressing the TPU part.

---- TESTS: ---- After 3D printing and assembly, everything looks good and functions well. But no field tests yet.

---- THIS DESIGN IS OPTIMIZED FOR 3D PRINTING: ---- I specifically designed the part to be easy for the 3D printer. Print supports are generally not needed because there are no horizontal bridges...

-- PARTS WILL BE ADDED SOON -- I will also add thin and light TPU motor protector STL files in the next days.
