3D Models for ZK-1002T Amplifier Cases and Mounts

This collection gathers 3D printing files built around a small class of amplifier boards, mostly closed housings, open holders and replacement knobs. It is useful when you already have a board and want to give it a body, a place on a panel or a neater set of controls. Most entries are plain STL parts meant for a desktop 3D printer. Polyzon does not confirm whether models are free, their price, license, official status, affiliation, safety or fitness. Check the current terms at the source.

«3D Models for ZK-1002T Amplifier Cases and Mounts»

The files fall into a few groups. Closed boxes wrap the board completely and often add cutouts for sockets, switches or a fan; open holders and sleds leave the board visible and simply carry it; knobs and small covers replace or protect the controls. Some designs are single parts, others are split into a base and a lid that join with screws or clips.

Before printing, compare the board outline and mounting hole spacing with the dimensions the author gives, and check where the connectors and the volume knob end up once the board is seated. Look at the wall thickness, screw bosses and lid clearance, and note whether the author used supports or printed the part in a particular orientation. The material and settings listed on the model page, plus photos of finished prints, tell you more than the render.

If the results feel narrow, try other words for the same object: housing, shell, bracket, tray, bezel or panel mount. Related boards in the same family and similar compact amplifier modules often have their own parts, and searching for the connector type, a cooling fan or a recessed insert can surface files that the first query misses.

FAQ

Preguntas frecuentes

What do I need to measure before printing an amplifier enclosure?
Note the board length, width and thickness, the spacing of the mounting holes, and the height of the tallest parts such as capacitors or the heatsink. Connector positions on the edges matter too, since they decide where the cutouts must sit.
Do these parts need supports?
It depends on the shape. Flat-based boxes and sleds usually print without them, while overhanging lids, recessed inserts and round knob tops may need supports or a different orientation. The author's notes and print photos are the quickest guide.
Which material works for a small amp housing?
Many people use common rigid filaments for the body and keep an eye on parts near the board that warm up during use. Check the temperatures the author mentions and choose a filament that holds its shape at those levels.
How can I find more files for the same board?
Search the board name together with words like enclosure, housing, holder, knob or fan, and also try the names of closely related boards in the same series. Switching between singular and plural or dropping a suffix often changes the results.
