Design Concept

​The Shell: A sleek, deep-navy and gold football helmet serves as the foundation, providing a modern, "super-hero" tech base.

​The Horns: Massive, hyper-detailed ram horns emerge from the sides. The texture is a mix of weathered biological bone and metallic copper, giving it an "ancient but augmented" feel.

​Crystalline Shards: The back of the helmet is covered in jagged, translucent blue obsidian-like spikes. This adds a sense of speed and dangerous power, as if the helmet is freezing or "crystallizing" from the back forward.

​Biomechanical Accents: Small mechanical sensors and "eyes" are embedded into the temple area, suggesting a fusion of biology and advanced scouting technology.

​Printing Settings (Creality Halot R6)

​The Halot R6 is a high-precision monochrome resin printer. To capture the sharp spikes and horn textures of this model, use these recommended settings for a Standard 405nm Grey/Model Resin:

Layer Height 0.05 mm (or 0.03 mm for maximum horn detail)

Exposure Time 2.5 – 3.2 seconds (test with a calibration part)

Bottom Exposure 35 – 45 seconds

Bottom Layer Count 5 – 6 layers

Lift Speed 60 – 80 mm/min (slow is safer for the spikes)

Retract Speed 150 mm/min

Light-off Delay 1.0 second (allows resin to settle)

Pro-Tips for this Model:

​Orientation: Tilt the model 35–45° backwards. This prevents the wide flat bottom of the stand from creating a "suction cup" effect and protects the fine spikes on the back.

​Supports: Use "Heavy" supports for the wooden base and "Light/Fine" supports for the tips of the crystalline spikes and the curve of the horns to minimize scarring.

​Hollowing: Hollow the main helmet and the base with a 2.5 mm wall thickness and add drainage holes at the bottom of the stand to save resin and weight.
