Kiwano - Fidget toy (clicker)

Hi everyone, I made another fidget toy, this time in the shape of a kiwano.

This model is not universal and may not fit your keyboard switches, before printing them in large quantities first print one piece and test for compatibility with your keyboard switches.

You will need keyboard switches and glue to assemble this model. The keyboard switches you need to make your model click.

Instruction:

Before printing the model, don't forget to set up the supports

To make your clickers click you need the keyboard switches

Don't forget to cut the pins before installation

Cut off the side walls

After printing remove the supports and remove the chamfer

Assemble all parts in order as shown in the photo. Don't forget to use glue for assembly (I use two-component epoxy glue).

You can print the models in different colors by parts

To print models in multiple colors, print the kiwano body in orange (using the Kiwano (by parts) file or the Kiwano (keychain) (by parts) file with the keychain hole). Don’t forget to set up supports

Print the inside of the kiwano in yellow ( file Inside (by parts) )

Print the kiwano lid in green ( file Pulp ). To print the seeds in yellow or white, set an automatic pause in the slicer. Print the last 3 layers in yellow or white (the layer height should be 160 microns). If your printer has trouble printing bridges, set up supports.

Use glue when assembling models to ensure the parts stay in place and don't fall off
