This is a fully articulated, robust mechanical phone stand designed for stability and versatility on your desk. Featuring a system of mechanical arms and screw-locks, you can achieve the perfect angle for video calls, filming, or watching content.

- Fully Adjustable: Multiple points of articulation for height and tilt. - Tripod Stability: Wide base design to prevent tipping, even with heavy smartphones. - Precision Thread System: Custom-designed screws and nuts for a firm grip without the need for extra tools. - Optimized Design: Developed from scratch for a clean, functional 3D print. - Material: PETG (recommended for durability and snap-fit flexibility) or PLA. - Layer Height: 0.16mm or 0.20mm (0.16mm is better for thread precision). - Wall Loops: 3 to 4 walls to ensure the strength of the articulated arms. - Infill: 15% to 25% (Gyroid recommended). - Supports: Required only for specific high-angle overhangs (use Tree Support for easy removal). - Wall Generator: Arachne (Essential for perfect screw and nut fitment). - Print all parts as arranged on the build plate (the 3MF file is already organized). - Snap the arms into the base and phone holder joints. - Insert the 3D-printed screws and tighten the nuts until firm.
