A sturdy, reliable, and functional solution for securing a 1kg car fire extinguisher in your trunk. Designed for Seat Leon III HB , but universal enough to fit almost any vehicle with carpeted/fabric side walls in the boot.

✨ Key Features:

- Ergonomic Angled Design: The base mount is specially angled, making it significantly smoother and easier to grab and pull the fire extinguisher out in tight trunk spaces. - Quick-Release System: The fire extinguisher can be detached instantly in an emergency with a single quick motion. - Stable Trunk Mounting: The base attaches directly through the trunk side carpet/wall. It uses custom 3D-printed backing plates/nuts to spread the load and prevent shaking or loosening under heavy driving conditions. - Vertical & Horizontal Mounting: - In vertical orientation, gravity holds the extinguisher securely in place. - For horizontal mounting, a quick-pull safety pin/lock mechanism is included to prevent accidental sliding out. The locking hole is specially sized for a short piece of standard 1.75mm filament , making it super easy to prepare and replace! - Modular Assembly: Designed in multiple parts for optimal printing strength and orientation.

🛠️ Hardware Needed (BOM):

- Screws: - 2x M4 Socket Head Cap Screws (16mm recommended; length min. 13mm – max. 20mm) for assembling the mount base. - 2x M4 Screws for mounting to the trunk wall (length selected based on your carpet thickness; screw heads sit completely flush inside the printed countersunk holes). - Inserts / Nuts: - 4x M4 Heat-Set Inserts (holes are pre-dimensioned for standard M4 heat-set inserts). - Optional: 2x M4 Heat-Set Inserts + You can use standard M4 hex nuts and washers with the threaded knob/plate for extra holding power, as the holes are pass-through. - Zip Ties: - 2x Heavy-Duty Cable Ties / Zip Ties (max width 6.0mm , max thickness 4.4mm ).
