Описание

Easy-to-print LED arch with only 3 different parts.

Print 10x of Arch.stl - no support needed Print 1x Base1.stl - support needed (from build plate only) Print 1x Base2.stl - support needed (from build plate only) On the bases there are cutouts underneath for 2xM12 nuts (on each) to add weight. It is not needed, but could add stability.

Any layer height from 0,1-0,3 would do. Any material is possible. I printed it in PLA.

Fits any LED Strip of width up to 10mm and length morre than 1,5m / 60" - I haven´t tried the Bambu Store LED strip as I made this before Bambu Lab was founded, but measurements suggest it would work (needs to be cut to length).

Size assembled: Width: 105cm / 41" Height: 56cm / 22"

Single arch piece with z-hop Print a single arch piece instead of all at once.

Added Z-hop too.

0.2mm layer, 3 walls, 12% infill I slightly trimmed the connection parts to make it printable with the A1 Mini while keeping the final size unchanged.
