Innorel RT90C Tripod Plate Adapter for ZWO AM3/AM5/AM5N/PE200

This adapter allows ZWO AM3, AM5, and AM5N mounts and pier extensions to be securely mounted on Innorel RT90C tripods. Using this adapter, the mount or pier won't spin on top of the plate. This adapter works well in conjunction with RTC90C tripod leg spreader when using it with a PE200 pier extension.

No additional parts are required. The adapter can be mounted using the M6 bolts that come with the mount, but you may want to use slightly longer M6 bolts for a more secure connection.

You will need to remove the nut and the hook from the tripod plate to install the adapter. Don't forget to loosen the locking grub screw from the top (the one next to the center hole) before attempting to unscrew the hook.

Make sure all grub screws are flush when installing the plate.

Printing notes:

- No supports needed. Just print it flat. - The counterbores are printed upside down and therefore have a sacrificial layer to print cleanly. Just pierce and clear out the counterbores after printing. - Recommended settings: - PETG, 0.6mm nozzle - 0.3mm layer height - Gyroid, 25% infill - 4 top and bottom shell layers (or equivalent thickness for smaller layer heights) - 4 wall loops (or equivalent thickness for smaller nozzles) The sample is shown attached to the pier extension (which has a bolt pattern identical to the ZWO mounts).
