Innorel RT90C tripod leg spreader for ZWO PE200 pier extension

This leg spreader for the RT90C tripod is designed to work in conjunction with the ZWO PE200 pier extension. It consists of two parts: the spreader and a bracket for a M10 hex bolt which prevents the bolt from spinning and allows for easy installation and removal of the spreader.

Additional parts required:

- 1x M10 Hex Bolt (150mm length recommended) - 1x M10 threaded knob (or nut) and washer - Optional: 1x M10 threaded knob (or nut) and washer to provide additional strength to plate connection This spreader works well with the RT90C plate adapter for ZWO mounts . It should be possible to adapt the spreader to other mounting use cases (like common 3/8-16 center holes) using couplers or different sized bolts, but I have not tested any of these.

For assembly, simply push the hex bolt head into the bracket, then drop the bolt through the center hole in pier extension and plate. The bracket should lock into the cut outs at the bottom of the pier and prevent the bolt from spinning. Slide the spreader up the bolt (flat side down) and align it with the legs. Tighten from below using an M10 nut and washer.

Optionally, you can add another knob (or nut) with washer above the spreader and below the tripod plate to strengthen the connection between the plate and the pier.

- No supports needed. Just print it flat. - Recommended settings: - PETG, 0.6mm nozzle - 0.3mm layer height - Gyroid, 25% infill - 4 top and bottom shell layers (or equivalent thickness for smaller layer heights) - 4 wall loops (or equivalent thickness for smaller nozzles) Designed with Onshape.
