MMU3 Buffer Side Panels

Solid side panels for the MMU3 buffer, designed for use with the Core One MMU3 system or to be surface mounted to a wall or the top of an enclosure (Lack) with the MK3/4 version. The solid panels secure the dividers using screws instead of the clip on version from Prusa. This mod uses the MMU3 buffer wheels. Aside from allowing for an alternative mounting option, the solid panels make the MMU3 buffer more stable.

Printing Guidelines:

- Material of choice - Prusa 0.2 Structural profile - Print with the show face down using a textured bed - Ensure Bridging Angle is set to 45 degrees or whatever angle you prefer (Probably best to check the sliced model to ensure the inset cutouts are not being printed with a full length bridge and either rotate the model or change the Bridging Angle) Surface Mount Version

Hardware:

- 16 M3x30 screws - 4 M3 self tapping screws Assembly:

- Use the original dividers that from the MMU3 buffer and insert each panel into the support pieces. Secure the divers to the panels with an M3x 30 screw from the top and bottom of the support pieces (4 screws total each) and tighten until snug. - Mount the assembly as desired using self tapping M3 screws. - Use the original buffer wheels and load normally. Hardware:

- 16 M3x30 screws - 4 M3x16 screws - 12 2x6x20 strong magnets like those from the MMU3 Core One Lite kit Assembly:

- Insert the magnets into the mounting arms (6 magnets each). - Secure the mounting arms to the side panels using M3x16 screws and tighten until snug. - Use the original dividers that from the MMU3 buffer and insert each panel into the support pieces. Secure the divers to the panels with an M3x 30 screw from the top and bottom of the support pieces (4 screws total each) and tighten until snug. - Mount the buffer to the side of the Core One using the magnetic mounting arms - Use the original buffer wheels and load normally. https://help.prusa3d.com/guide/8b-core-one-buffer-assembly_393637#869420
