Is your window screen handle brittle or broken? Most factory-installed handles are made of cheap plastic that fails after a single summer of UV exposure. This 3D-printable replacement is designed to be thicker, more ergonomic, and significantly stronger.

Recommended Print Settings

To ensure this handle lasts for years, please follow these settings:

- Material: PETG, ASA, or ABS .

- Note: Avoid PLA, as it will warp or become brittle when exposed to direct sunlight and heat.

- Wall Loops: 4 perimeters (this is more effective than infill).

- Infill: 40% (since the part is small, higher infill adds negligible time but great strength).

- Supports: Not required.

Installation Instructions

- Remove the remains of the old handle.

- Align the new handle with the existing screw holes or the gasket groove.

- Secure using the original hardware.

- Tip: Do not over-tighten screws to avoid cracking the plastic.
