Описание

Description: This ironing calibration test is designed to help you achieve clean, consistent top surfaces with minimal effort.

The model uses 25 mm diameter circles at 1 mm thickness, covering a full matrix of ironing flow (10–30%) and speed (10–30 mm/s). This allows you to quickly identify the best combination for your filament and printer setup.

Circular test shapes were chosen instead of squares because most real-world prints are not perfect squares. If your ironing settings perform well on curves, they will translate reliably to sharp edges, corners, and more complex geometry.

The included slicer profile has been pre-configured with optimized baseline ironing parameters. Once you find your ideal result, you only need to adjust ironing flow and speed while keeping everything else consistent.

Slicer Compatibility: This file is configured using Creality Print and makes use of per-object settings for accurate calibration.

It can be adapted to other slicers, but for best results it is recommended to run this test in Creality Print.

Recommended Workflow: For best results, calibrate your top layer line width first. Once your base surface is optimized, use this test to fine-tune ironing for the smoothest possible finish.
