Описание

This ironing calibration test is designed to help you achieve clean, consistent top surfaces with minimal effort.

The model uses 25 mm diameter circles at 1 mm thickness, testing ironing flow (10–30%) and speed (10–30 mm/s) to help you quickly find the best combination for your printer and filament.

Circular test shapes were chosen instead of squares because most real-world prints include curves and complex geometry. If your settings perform well on curves, they will translate reliably to edges and flat surfaces.

Slicer Compatibility: This version was created using OrcaSlicer and uses per-object settings for accurate calibration.

Recommended Workflow: Calibrate your top layer line width first, then use this test to refine ironing for the smoothest possible surface finish.
