Trident R2 RX Mega Mods- 9mm belt/ Z Motor Mounts with couplers/Support for MGN12H/ RXToolhead/

Mega Mods Collection for the Voron Trident R2 (Everything already tested and safe to print and use)

Since I always heavily modify my Voron printers, I've decided to upload all of the R2 mods I've designed so far in one package.

Every printed part included in this release has been redesigned or improved. Below is a summary of the major changes.

What's Included

1. Complete 9mm Belt Upgrade

- Full 9mm belt support for:

- Front idlers

- XY joints

- AB motor mounts

- Double-shear motor mounts for standard NEMA motor shafts.

- Includes an optional Hybrid CNC motor mount .

- The 9mm motor mounts are optimized for 5mm dowel pins , which is what I personally use. If you'd rather use screws, STEP files are included so you can easily modify them to suit your needs.

Hardware required:

- 2 × 5×20mm dowel pins (front idlers)

- 6 × 5×40mm dowel pins

- 2 × 5×30mm dowel pins

- 2 GT2 20T 9mm idler pulley 5mm bore

- idlers

- 14 × 695 bearings (installed above the stock Trident bearings)

2. Bed Mount Relocation

The bed mounts have been moved 3mm forward , creating additional clearance at the rear of the printer for nozzle cleaning systems and maintenance.

3. Z Motor Mounts

Redesigned Z motor mounts that support:

- Motors with integrated couplers and leadscrews

- Inverted electronics configurations

4. MGN12 Rail Support

Added support for:

- MGN12H Z-axis linear rails

- Optional MGN12 XY joint configuration (only for my 9mm belt setup

5. RGB Light Bar Mount

Includes a customizable RGB light bar mount.

You can create your own lighting effects using the LEDEffects Klipper plugin (search for it on GitHub).

6. RX Toolhead

This package also includes my RX Toolhead .
