Universal Roller Blind Bottom Mount Bracket

This model is a reinforced, one-piece replacement for the standard bottom guide bracket commonly supplied with retail roller blinds.

The original bracket usually consists of multiple thin plastic parts that are prone to cracking over time. This version was completely redesigned as a single-piece component with significantly thicker walls, resulting in a much stronger and more durable replacement.

The bracket is designed for standard European PVC windows and serves as the lower anchor point for the guide (tension) wire, keeping the roller blind properly aligned. The prototype was printed in PLA and has been installed and used continuously for over six months without any signs of failure. Under normal indoor conditions, each printed bracket should provide at least similar durability.

The bracket is designed for non-invasive installation.

- No drilling is required.

- No permanent modifications to the window are necessary.

- It can simply be mounted onto the window frame.

- For additional stability, double-sided adhesive tape may be applied, although this is entirely optional.

Recommended slicer settings: These are the settings used for the tested prototype printed on a Creality K1C. However, the model is not particularly demanding and should print successfully using almost any standard slicer profile.
