Lint Roller Right Angle Handle

Background

At the animal shelter's clinic, we lint roll all of the drapes used in surgery. This adapter is made for the Trimline Pet Hair Rollers (Item #: TB-100)

Materials

These were printed using Overture PLA, but any rigid filament will work! After using the PLA one for 3 months, its held up very well. I also recommend a paste wax or lubricant between the adapter and the handle's shaft.

Instructions

Place the models onto your build plate, and follow the recommended print settings. After the model has been printed, remove the supports from the handle.

Apply lubricant to the Lint Roller Handle shaft. This will help with sliding the Adapter on.

Push the Adapter into the lint roller's cardboard tube.

Warning : This design has tight tolerances, you will need to apply force to get the adapter onto the lint roller. As the lint paper can compress the inner cardboard tube to different dimensions depending on how many sheets remain on the roll.

Finally, push the Adapter with the lint roller onto the Handle's Shaft. You're done!
