Описание

Never rummage for the right screw mid-build again. These are drawer/desk trays with a labelled bin for every fastener in your printer's assembly manual — each with its piece count, so you can lay out an entire kit before you start and see at a glance when something's missing.

The headline feature: screw checkers. Every screw bin has a gauge cut along the crest of its label ramp — a pocket for the head and a channel cut to the exact thread length. Drop a candidate screw in: if the head seats and the tip just reaches the end, it's the right one. The channel opens onto the ramp, so the screw rolls back out with a fingertip. Shafts, springs and PTFE stubs get matching gauges. No more comparing an M3x16 to an M3x18 by eye.

Included trays (each in three versions — standard, stackable, Gridfinity):

- Prusa families: MK2 (MK2S/2.5), MK3 (MK3/S/S+/3.5/3.9), MK4 (MK4/S), MINI (MINI/+), CORE One (One/One+)

- Prusa upgrades & add-ons: MMU2S→MMU3, CORE One+, Bondtech INDX FE, MK4→CORE One conversion, Enclosure

- Voron: V0.2, Switchwire, Trident, V2.4, Stealthburner

- Plus a faithful parametric remake of the original CORE One drawer tray

Stackable versions have a lip and matching bottom chamfer, so trays nest and self-centre when stacked — any two trays in this collection stack on each other.

Gridfinity versions: in one Big Bang Theory episode, the guys ponder how to sell Penny Blossoms to men, and Sheldon lands on the answer — "everything is better with Bluetooth." The maker edition of that law: everything is better with Gridfinity. So every tray also comes as a proper Gridfinity module — spec base feet that click into your baseplates, stacking lip, magnet pockets — with the bins kept at their designed sizes.

Multi-colour labels made easy. The original was a single STL, so contrasting labels meant painting regions in the slicer by hand. Here every 3MF ships with the bins, the bin labels and the front text as three separate colour-tagged objects — open it, say yes when your slicer asks to treat them as one object with multiple parts, and assign each part a filament. Two-tone (or three-tone) trays on an MMU, toolchanger or colour-change printer in about ten seconds of setup.

Printing: no supports; 0.2 mm layers work fine; PETG or PLA. Labels sit 0.3 mm proud of the ramps and are pre-sunk into them so the parts fuse cleanly.

Make your own tray: everything is generated from small YAML files — a tray for any printer or kit is ~40 lines of text. Source and instructions: github.com/gheydon/screw-organiser . Contributions for other printers are very welcome!
