Описание

I designed this case for a Raspberry Pi 5 running the 52Pi PoE+ M.2 NVMe HAT . The goal was to make something that looks clean enough for a desk or home lab while still giving the Pi and NVMe drive plenty of airflow.

The case uses a large honeycomb ventilation pattern across the top and front, along with additional side ventilation to help keep everything cool. All of the important Raspberry Pi ports remain accessible, including Ethernet, USB, GPIO, and the other external connections.

It is especially useful for compact home-server, NAS, self-hosting, IoT, and general Raspberry Pi projects where you want PoE power and NVMe storage in one clean enclosure .

Features

- Designed for the Raspberry Pi 5

- Designed around the 52Pi PoE+ M.2 NVMe HAT

- Large honeycomb ventilation areas

- Full access to Ethernet and USB ports

- Access to GPIO and other important connections

- Supports an M.2 NVMe SSD through the 52Pi HAT

- Clean two-color design

- Compact footprint for desks, shelves, and home labs

- Designed with 3D printing in mind

- Easy to customize

Source Files Included

I am including the editable CAD files so you are not limited to the original design.

Included files:

- STL files for printing

- STEP files for editing in most CAD programs

- Fusion 360 .F3D files for full modification of the original design

Feel free to modify the case for your own hardware, ventilation layout, ports, colors, mounting setup, or other Raspberry Pi projects.

Suggested Uses

This case works especially well for:

- Home servers

- Raspberry Pi NAS builds

- Pi-hole / ad-blocking servers

- Home Assistant

- Docker servers

- Self-hosted services

- IoT hubs

- Networking projects

- Maker-space projects

- Always-on Raspberry Pi systems

Printing

The case is designed to be straightforward to print. For the look shown in the photos, use two contrasting colors such as white and blue .

PLA, PETG, or similar materials should work well for most setups. PETG may be a good choice if the Pi will be running continuously in a warmer environment.

Check the individual parts in your slicer before printing and orient them for the cleanest visible surfaces.

Hardware

This model is designed around:

Raspberry Pi 5 + 52Pi PoE+ M.2 NVMe HAT
