Notes on Model Files

Please download just the STL file of the 5015 fan shroud from the “KP3S — Modular 5015 Fan Shroud — Kingroon” page.

This 5015 fan shroud is a remix based on the one of the “Original Prusa i3 MK3S+”. Since the license is different, it is published on the separate page.

An optional part for mounting the ADXL345 accelerometer used with the Klipper firmware has been added. This replaces the regular 4010 fan shroud part.

* M3 tappings and screws (6 or 8mm ×2) are required.

When measuring the resonance frequency of the print head (X-axis), add “ axes_map: y, -z, -x ” to the “adxl345” section in the “printer.cfg” file.

The following three types of parts have been updated.

- Left Panel - Right Panel - 4010 Fan Shroud The whole print head position can now be adjusted up and down. (The adjustment range is only 1mm, though.)

The mounting screws on the sides of the print head can now be used with M4 as well as M3. Select the model data according to your KP3S by referring to the file name.
