Universal X Carriage Mount

This universal mount can be attached to your Anycubic i3 Mega X carriage. Since this design has a V slot, you can design a mount/holder for pretty much anything and mount it to the X carriage of your 3D printer.

For example, I am planning on making a mount for both a drag knife (for vinyl cutter) and a mount for a dremel (converting it to a CNC milling machine). This universal mount can be used here as some sort of quick swap system.

One important thing is that you will need a new belt mount too, in order for this universal mount to work. You can find this on my Printables account.

There is place for an M4 nut and bolt, allowing you to lock any mount securely to this one. The final pictures shows this too, together with some other important dimensions.

Filament: ColorFabb PLA/PHA Semi-matte Black Notes:

Print the universal mount as you see it in the pictures (upright, as it is mounted on your 3D printer). This will create some overhangs, but they can be bridged without the need for any support material. Furthermore, this print orientation gives the best directional accuracy for the dimensions of the V slot.
